In the conclusion, the paper states “a white paper is a highly valuable document which supersedes other public relations and marketing tools in its long-term effectiveness. One point in particular differentiates it from more conventional means of communication – its real value lies in its capacity to reach and inform a variety of stakeholders.” I don’t necessarily agree with the supersession, however it stands to reason that knowledgeatwork uses this kind of wording as they are a specialist on white paper creation an publication
